Withdrawal from the contract (order cancellation / return)

Here you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason:

• before you receive the parcel – this counts as cancelling the order;
• after you've received the parcel – this counts as returning the products, within 30 days of receipt.

Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You'll receive confirmation by email straight away. If you have an account or the order link, you can also use the “Cancel order” / “Return products” buttons on the order page.

For a full refund, the part must be unfitted and unused; for a part that has been fitted or used, we deduct the diminished value resulting from handling, determined according to the condition of the part; where the part can no longer be resold, this may amount to its full value. Return conditions
