30-day returns

You can return the part within 30 calendar days of receipt, without telling us why. The law (OUG 34/2014) gives you 14 days; we give you 30.

For a full refund: the part must be unfitted and unused

The part has not been fitted, connected to the electricity supply or used.
It is in its original packaging, complete, with all accessories and labels, with no signs of fitting or dirt.

You can open the parcel to check the part, just as you would in a shop. But if you're not sure it's the right one, don't fit it – write to us or call us and we'll check together. Spare parts are single-use: for a part that has been fitted or used, we deduct the diminished value resulting from handling (OUG 34/2014, art. 14 alin. 3 – Art. 14(3)), determined according to the condition of the part; where the part can no longer be resold (for example a used water filter), this may amount to its full value. You can still return the part.

How to return

Use the Withdraw from the contract here (order cancellation / return) function (you only need your name, the order number and your email), or send the request from your account (the Returns section), by email to contact@electropiese.ro or on WhatsApp.
We confirm the return address and the next steps.
You send the part, well packed, within 14 days of the request at most.

Your money back

We refund the amount paid within 14 days of the return request at most; we may wait until we receive the part back and have checked it. If you paid the courier (cash on delivery), you give us a bank account (IBAN) in your name. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Wrong part or part damaged on delivery

If you received a different part from the one you ordered, or the part is damaged, let us know within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and of the part. We'll sort it out at no cost to you.
